
Edward T. Lewis
Edward T. Lewis, Jr. is the President of ETL Associates. Ed started the firm in 1999 after spending 26 years in numerous management positions and diverse assignments with Mobil Corporation. Ed’s last assignment with Mobil involved the development of the scorecard as the cornerstone of Mobil’s North America Marketing and Refining Division’s strategic performance management system. The scorecard is credited for being the major contributor in the Division’s significant success both financially and as a learning organization.

Jennifer Morris
Jennifer Morris, LocalWatt founder, is an experienced entrepreneur and organization leader. Her career has touched on systems design and manufacturing, electronic control systems, software development, digital media production, web design and communications management.
She founded Image Engineering Corporation in 1979 with three partners, and built it into a profitable business with a mixed service/manufacturing model. The firm operated in an FDA-regulated industry, producing laser devices for visual displays and entertainment. As President and Creative Director, she participated in high-profile projects such as the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, 1986 Liberty Weekend, and the 1988 Olympic Eve Festival in Seoul, Korea. Her work was featured at IBM’s most prestigious sales events for over 10 years, as well as diverse theatrical venues, from Las Vegas to Boston’s Symphony Hall. Ms. Morris received the 1992 Career Achievement Award from the International Laser Display Association (ILDA).
Subsequently she joined Preston Productions, Inc. o Marlborough MA where she served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, working with Fortune 500 firms to develop corporate communications and event marketing strategies. She continues to consult with Preston clients on customer experience design, employee communication, and special programs.
Jennifer is an alumna of Kirkland College (now merged with Hamilton, Clinton, NY) and is active within its alumnae community. She received her MBA from the Simmons College School of Management in Boston, where she pursued research in clean technology and corporate social responsibility. Those studies led her to identify business opportunities within the markets for energy efficiency and sustainable personal transportation, which LocalWatt now fosters.

Asheen Phansey
Asheen’s experience includes biomimicry (nature-inspired design), life cycle assessment, sustainability metrics and sustainable business models, and green marketing. He founded the sustainable innovation consultancy Quaking Aspen to help companies effect innovation that creates revenue growth, positive socioeconomic impact, and restorative ecological effects. Quaking Aspen’s client work includes ecological product stewardship for Avery Dennison, green marketing strategy for the Conservation Law Foundation, and sustainable business expertise for Environmental Defense Fund (EDF).
Asheen has traveled the country giving talks on sustainable innovation, including guest-lecturing for Hunter Lovins in her Principles of Sustainability class at Presidio School of Management. As an Adjunct Professor at Babson College, he teaches as MBA elective called “Sustainable Entrepreneurship Inspired by Nature”, which has received press in Business Week and The Economist; he will also be offering a new elective in Green Marketing. Asheen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He has served on the executive leadership team of the Boston professional chapter of Net Impact since 2007.
